Playaa May 18, 2004 Author Share Playaa Member May 18, 2004 I can't believe Max Payne didn't even get INTO the fight...I mean as far as influential games go...Max Payne was HUGE for me (though admittedly not for the rest of the world)...but c'mon...the origional "bullet time" game? either way...I'm glad Half Life won
Zeabos May 19, 2004 Share Zeabos Member May 19, 2004 the problem with bullet time was that it was that kind of fighting wasnt an origional idea. Im soooo glad Chrono Trigger made it on there, THAT is a great game, and if enough people had played it it clearly would have one.
NyxErinyes May 19, 2004 Share NyxErinyes Member May 19, 2004 I never played CT. Who made it?

dwEEziL May 20, 2004 Share dwEEziL Member May 20, 2004 I would have to put Deus Ex up there as a great FPS storyline/plot. And fairly open ended too (no set scripted ending).
Playaa May 20, 2004 Author Share Playaa Member May 20, 2004 wow...see I rarely finish games (as in 2 in my life that I can remember, Max Payne and Halo)...and that was true of Deus Ex....plus I just plain sucked at that game

Zeabos May 20, 2004 Share Zeabos Member May 20, 2004 Squaresoft, as in all of the FF makes came and put it together with others. And the guy who draws Dragon ball z did the fighting anamations. Sick sick game! Bullet time is from the matrix dont know if youve heard of that movie or not

Seph May 21, 2004 Share Seph Member May 21, 2004 The best combo for that game was chrono-frog-robo hands down. People talk all about magus, but sadly I never got him =/
lance May 29, 2004 Share lance Member May 29, 2004 Magus was so hellacious in that game. His abilities were the best, and with the special rocks that made him able to do triple teches it was great. Dark Matter and Lumination or whatever Crono's big light spell was both rocked faces from California to Japan travelling east
