New T model

This was inside the update, but my guess is it's unfinished so valves holding off on making it live in game. I'm guessing when it's finished they'll set it live..

I was going to say something but it would just be some whining.

 

I really don't like it. With the whole sash thing and a vest that looks like its from Star Wars and that polygon shooting out on his right shoulder.

 

I think i will stick with the old one.

It's a nice change imo. I can't wait til they have all 8 original skins back though

I like the fact that they're a lighter shade, but it's kinda Battlestar Galatica-ish...if you're old enough to remember.

If you'll please notice, I was coming up behind the camera guy in this scene. Notice the wobbly, kneeling effect and the blank awestruck stare.

people at valve obviously havent finished it yet... so those details will be fixed... as stranges first post mentioned.

I can see why players want the eight skins when they come out rackish, that adds more variety and flavor to game play. I can also see why some players like having just two skins. It may be easier for them to tell (at a glance) whose on their team and whose not just by identifying the two different skins. When all the players on the same team wear the same skin that adds a dimension of uniformity to gameplay.

1.6 had the option to disable the multiple skins "cl_minmodels = 1" or something like that.

 

Personally I like having different models, variety is the spice of life
