Calling all cooks

Alright i'm doing shish kabob's today and i need some dipping sauces: One sweet, two spicy, and well one conventional.

 

I'm thinking about BBQ sauce (easy one)

 

Next i want some horseradish.

 

Next i'm thinking red pepper flakes, or tabasco, or hot sauce.

 

anyone have any suggestions.

 

Oh i marinaded the steak in: soy, garlic, season salt, brown sugar, lemon/lime soda, garlic pepper.

This is a recipe similar to one I use (I cook for THE fancy place here in town), however, I use Lousiana Hot Sauce as a base, with these ingrediants as add-ins.

 

The more I learn about people in the community, the more I think we have the potential to buy our own island and exist survival style
