I was kicked. This happened for NO REASON at all. I went back into the server and I asked repeatedly why I was kicked with no response. What, when someone finally does start to do good he is kicked? I'd say consider it a fluke -- just a kick, no harm done. It's a bummer that it happened when you were having a really good day, though. If you're still curious to see exactly what happened, you should follow up with a Lead Admin in server 1. Right now, that's Acid-Flux, Magruter, and Shodan. Besides, we usually see a thread about regulars acting up and I haven't seen anything written about you (other than being a Canuck). Sorry it messed your game up. If I remember correctly one time you left it said something like "No steam logon" or something to that affect. BTW, Preachers kid was playing yesterday. And he kept getting booted out also. benjester November 16, 2005 Share benjester Member November 16, 2005 (edited) I was also having the "No Steam Logon" issue a few days ago... join, kicked... join, kicked... it is rather annoying... I looked it up on Steams site, and they had some lame message about restarting steam, and if it continues, just be patient as the servers are probably busy... yeah... bs. Steam just isn't quite there yet for stability. EDIT: oh yeah, I just kept rebooting steam, and eventually it worked. Message came up something like "server disconnect from console." or vise versa. I am very happy to hear it said on the server end "no steam log on" I have been seeing that A LOT lately. I think thats what I saw and I interpreted "server" to be the stock server when it was actually steam's server. I honestly thought I was kicked. Was wondering what it was. Saw it on a bunch of players when they left the game , (or perhaps they were dropped, now that were talking about it). The other day when we were playing Wayfarer, I IDed someones porn spray to warn them and when i copied and pasted their name, yours got pasted. I mustve had it copied from something else, cuz I did verify that it was someone elses the second time I tried, so I could see how someone could accidentally be booted, (course, the admin wouldve apologized, if he hadnt left by the time you came back) (And we all know that Crom doesnt approve of porn sprays anyway.....)
