Guest ThruX February 14, 2009 Share Guest ThruX Guests February 14, 2009 Is there any way to toggle between left hand and right hand shooting during gameplay? I figured maybe I could peek better around corners.

Bewildered February 16, 2009 Share Bewildered Member February 16, 2009 I figured maybe I could peek better around corners. Your crosshair is still going to be in the middle of your screen. So good luck with that.

So good luck with that. In UT2k4, a right/left oriented gun would shoot slightly off-center from the crosshairs. In that case, it's always best to either a) not show the gun at all, or keep the gun in the center. Not sure if this is the same for CS:S.
samurai nightling February 17, 2009 Share samurai nightling Member February 17, 2009 No, not the same, either side shoots right on the crosshair the first shot if your not moving at all usually.

ThruX February 22, 2009 Share ThruX Member February 22, 2009 Yes this was the point. I did not think about crosshair always being centered though. I just wanted as little as body showing around corner as possible.
mookie February 22, 2009 Share mookie GC Alumni February 22, 2009 Your handedness only changes the overlay on your screen. Everyone else will see you as right-handed all the time.
