Maybe I haven't been paying enough attention, but I thought the only difference was the glow/ outline.. There were an unusual amount of presents so I thought to myself what the heck let me see how many I can snag. I'm the type of guy that will pick everything even if my inventory is at it's max and grabbing stuff doesn't do a thing.
