SwOOp December 15, 2003 Share SwOOp Member December 15, 2003 Do any of you guys have a Rotozip? I do and I love it. It has a great many of uses and is as handy as can be.
Bubblegum Bandit December 15, 2003 Share Bubblegum Bandit Member December 15, 2003 If the rotozip is what I'm thinking it is, I have the Black and Decker version of if, forget the name actually, but yes they come in very handy.

ConGregation December 15, 2003 Share ConGregation Member December 15, 2003 Btw, here is a topic where a guy uses a dremel tool to shape his scrollwork he made for his computer case he is making. Its probably a couple pages into the post. That case is going to be awesome when he is done.
TheBugs December 15, 2003 Share TheBugs Member December 15, 2003 wow, nice post rev, that guy is really good with wood! what a case thats is going to be.
dwEEziL December 15, 2003 Share dwEEziL Member December 15, 2003 Yeah, same as a Dremel, just a different brand. Rooster did extensive dremel work on his case. He has pics linked up somewhere. Maybe he will post them here (btw, where has rooster gotten off too?).
ConGregation December 15, 2003 Share ConGregation Member December 15, 2003 Some of the case modding work is really cool. I really dont have a desire to do that stuff (unless I were to build one completely, not mod) but I have seen some VERY classy stuff. Probably the one that impressed me the most was this one. All I can say is that $2500 for a case is totally bogus but if a guy had the money I would think this case would be worth it!!
SwOOp December 16, 2003 Author Share SwOOp Member December 16, 2003 Those are pretty badarse man. I think I might try building my own case. I got plenty of access to metals, and with time one can become real proficient with th e ziptool. I don't have the rotozip brand rotary saw, I got the Dremel Advantage as seen below. I figured I'd go with dremel because they have a longer history and have more years under their belt. But here is what all I got in my kit. The rotary saw itself Saw A plunge router for precision cuts. Router And the flex shaft for detailing. Flexshaft I figure if I pick up the circle cutter kit, that would be everything I need to construct a case
