I got a abit ic7 and 2.4c and it runs great at 3.06 and thats a 1,000 fsb and i am even usin stock voltage and the stock intel cooler. I compare this to my xp1700 i ran at 400 fsb and its just a little faster not huge performance jump but the amd was absolutly maxed out and i think this intel has a little more hidden speed. given a choice i'd take my intel over my amd

so with new nvidia drivers theres no refresh bug? also thx i acually overlooked vsync LOL acually i'm not suprised at all.

welp i instaled a nividia card today and got 42.35 drivers (they came out today) i tried the fix i kno and it didnt work anyone kno how to get 100 fps in opengl and yes the card will easily get 100 in cs.

well if you been around me after a fresh instal of cs you kno how much i complain about jerky, unconsistant, slugish, "heavy" mouse movements. i found a site that will fix all your mouse problems, and it goes far beyond mouse acceleration. http://www.colsearle.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/...mouse/index.htm this site helped me so so much i feel the need to share it. enjoy, i applied ALL these changes and am very happy with the results dare i say the old "quick" is back! for reference i got a logitec mx300 with windows drivers. one other note i'll share is the mx300 has a stupid weight screwed into the top of it, i removed mine today and once again am very happy with the results. i hope youall get as much from this as i did cause your gonna be yelling aimbot next time we meet. happy fraggin, quickfoot

ya i meant to type 23, whats proably happening is asus probe is reading wrong. bios is 27c for the cpu. i also keep the room temp at 73 degres which would equall 23c and maybe cause some faulty readings

got new memory yesterday, my 1700b passed prime 95 at this rating. 2192.48mhz i guess it would do more i seen many many cpuz pics of this processor at 2500+ mhz but i still have my memory clocks at 2-2-2-6 i can get it to post and boot higher mhz but itll crash durrin games or 3dmark tests, i am using corssair 3200 xmx(twinx) and an asus a7n8x. its 100% solid at 2192mhz mines 12.5 multiplier and 175fsb. this chip is magic i tell ya ohh and i almost forgot i am usin a vantec aeroflow to keep the cpu cool its 23c (cpu) and 35c (mobo) as i type this. hope this helps youall out, this has by FAR my cheepest and best comp.

anyone used a heatpipe cooler? i dunno if i trust that to work, maybe i just like the fan idea, and i read that applying thermal paste is ok but no need to unless overclocking which i really dont need from the card.

its the dell instaled driver and lack of bios options that would keep me away, other than that there fine computers for internet browsing, dell even has there own video card drivers ? what a joke

I am currently usin a ATI 9700 pro, works great no problems, however i think it would work better if it was a little cooler. it has a heat plate on the back of the card that is VERY HOT to the touch, but my main question is would it be a good idea to remove the stock heatsink/fan and apply some arctic silver? they do come with thermal tape from the factory dont they? anyways i dont really wanna buy a big ugly heatsink for it so if anyone here has replaced the tape with paste i'd be curious if you were happy you did.

i got that exact processor, only my RAM held me back and it runs VERY cool. best 42 bucks i spent, i've had mine stable at 2140 Mhz. but it pukes after about 4 hours of heavy load at that setting so i backed off a little but the processor wasnt the prob it was the cheep spec-teck ram i bought. however i sent it back yesterday and ordered corrsair 3200LL twinx and am lookin forward to takin my 1700+ to say 2300 Mhz? whatever i end up with its worth 42 bucks at 1.47 oc'ing is just a bonus

www.sogamed.com play on there server its impossable to get banned. people will openly cheat ther and some are pretty damn hard to tell when playing at such a high skill level, but what moss failed to mention is once you fake the cvars it opens up all the good'ole favorites. antirecoil is a script, sniper scripts, nobob overbright for those dark spots, clear boxes (sorta a inbetween wallhack) all of these are done without a .exe hack. ingornace is bliss tho and i wish i could share your optomistic opinion that only 1% of your regs use 1 or more of the previously mentioned exploits.
