and if someone hacks your paypal account, they have more then just your address, don't they... come on now... we can go around and around on this... it's all in the security that companies provide... and let's face it... most companies can do more for security, even paypal.

Power Supply question: There are two 750w thermaltake... one is modular and crossfire certified, the other is NOT modular and sli certified. I am buying an Nvidia card which would be sli... i will never be using dual vid cards anyways... at least not this build... so, is there a difference between SLI certified and crossfire certified... besides the obvious fact one is ATI, and one it Nvidia...?? I did change the proc to a Q6600 as well...

the sharp aquos lcd tv's are among some of the best LCD in my opion on the market today. My CIO just bought one, and I will be buying a 42 or 46 in Jan. They are very nice!

cujo is right on that... Ultimate doesn't offer a huge amount over business... The features that Ultimate has over Business are as follows: Media Center BitLocker Drive Encryption Windows DVD Maker (which actually isn't half bad, but there are better on the market) some goofy chess game or something windows movie maker in high def. That's it... if you don't need those... then get business.

careful when you disable the account control... it can cause you problems down the road... some of the installs built to run with vista count on those account controls, and create problems and corrupt installs. Also, depending on use, OSX could be great, or it could be crap. I work for a publishing company, so I am on both sides of the fence. OS X is awesome when the application exists for it... but there are still limits if you are a die hard windows person... vice versa is true. It all depends on what you need out of an OS. 64 bit has been available for a long time now, and there still isn't a lot of support for it... so I just write it off until I start seeing some changes... I doubt that will be within 2 years though. So personally, I would stay clear. But, some of the manufactorers are sending out the 64 bit, adn 32 bit with OEM... so if you are buying OEM... just buy one that has both 32 bit and 64 bit in teh box... install the one you want. It only downgrades to XP 32 bit though.

I would also not recommend 64 bit for the same reasons above. I know OEM and Volume licensing allows you to downgrade ultimate to xp pro... not sure about retail though... may want to look into that.

Thanks gang. I did look at the P35 chipset, and switched to a gigabyte board... never owned a gigabyte, but worth a try I guess. I upped the vid card to a 640MB one. There is another one that is a bit faster, but money is an issue. I left the drive as I have had good luck with both seagate and wd... so 6 on one side, half a dozen on the other. Thanks for the input... I will probably go with this build, but also debating waiting till November to see the new hardware come out and price changes.
