no, i was referring to the blackhawks parade.. the rule for offsides involves 2 opponents.. with the goalie typically counting as 1 of the 2.. when he went out to make a play for the ball, it left only 1 defender holding the mexican player onside, thus the offsides was the right call.. I'd still take Blanco off the bench in a close match.. we played against him a couple years ago when he was like 35 and he was still a threatening player

I have had samsung LCDs.. 19 then 22 now 24. I've never had a problem with dead pixels or blackness. I have stayed in the 2-5 ms range. Right now I have the Syncmaster 2433bw and I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a 24" 1900 x1200 < 5ms for under $300.

It seems as if the battery in my 5th gen 30 gig video ipod is shot. It has full functionality when plugged in, but immediately powers off when it's unplugged. Apple wants $65 to replace the battery, but I know there are other methods, including doing it yourself. Have any of you gone down this path before? Can you recommend a kit? side note - I popped into the apple store yesterday on N. Michigan. I was having problems with the touch screen / transmitter sensor do-hickey on my 3G for the past 1.5 years.. and even though it was way out of warranty, they put a brand new touch screen on it... pretty minor cost, but I was impressed with the customer service.

I agree that it can be very frustrating when you join a game and there is a cheater.. the only thing you can do is back out. However, playing in a party of 4-5-6 usually minimizes your chances of running into a hacker, as you get matched up against other parties of similar prestige level. It's also a completely different game when you are playing a party.. much more objective based.. we're at the point now where none of the guys we play with will waste time playing by themselves.. I implore you to give it another shot.. Add m2 shazz or myself on steam friends and hop in our party one night. *EDIT - or blitzkreig, ZD, Shaft, Laz, etc. btw - the fact that you die spawn die spawn when someone is in a chopper gunner could be due to 1-2 of the guys on your team not having cold blooded. I've yet to see an aim botter in the chopper gunner.. sometimes a waller that makes your cold blooded useless, but typically even a legit player can rack up 10-30 killers in the gunner, especially if opponents aren't using cold blooded.

I highly recommend loading it up and giving it a shot. If you enjoy the FPS aspect of the game, I would stick to hardcore deatmatch or HQ modes. If you like aracade-y battle field type games, play some of the deathmatch / ground war type games. Shazz, M2 and I have been playing alot.
