The only way you can get better as tank is by playing it.

I just change the map, that does the trick and is usually better as people don't have to leave and rejoin, or would you prefer if I did a restart?

Here's the deal ....... Your attitude sucks not just in game, but also coming into the forum and requesting an unban. This is not the right way. You are a serious rusher; you constantly stack teams; you sabotage games - join survivors, start a round then go to infected; you are extremely rude and disrespectful. You have broken virtually every rule in GC. I am sure there are servers that will tolerate this style of game-play, good luck in finding one.

Kazya This is not the way to ask for unban, especially from a member. You are extremely very rude to your teammates, you 'sabotage' teams by changing to survivors, starting game then returning to infected, you stack constantly, you rush constantly and insult your teammates further and tell everyone not to help the incapped. This is not what we want to see here. You have several bans already. In each unban request, you have failed to apologise or even admit your unruly behaviour. You think that we have a vendetta against you, NO, we do not. Your lack of admitting your mistakes time and time again only shows that you are incapable of adhering to GC rules. As far as I'm concerned, you shall remain banned, unless a Board Member thinks otherwise - I will discuss this further with them, but until then you will have to wait.

Where is the Option to not have this? (abstained) Playing on a full server yesterday, infected were spawning in within 5 or 6 secs. We should really scrap this 'timer' one altogether - it's just going to mean that survivors will die faster and more tanks within a quicker time frame.

it's a router problem = turn off router for a minute, turn it back on, wait for another minute before restarting steam etc

Had 1st follow-up consultation yesterday, that didn't go too well - had a minor attack whilst I was there, persuaded the nurse not to call paramedics and admit me to another hospital 19miles away, so they booked me 2 more appointments next week - if it happens again, unfortunately I will probably have to go back in. The dxdiag applies to one of my laptops, not tthe PC. The 3 music programs have a combined total of 8 CDs; then re-registering to re-activate programs - businesses don't make it easy; re-installing and downloading other programs simultaneously from internet probably slowed the process down a little, but I don't mind, I'll get there in the end, maybe.

I always do a back-up before everything is loaded, then after the loading is is complete - think I will have to buy another external hard drive soon The other question remains - to update or not with the windows crap - computer is working fine - i don't want to go through 141 windows updates - are they really necessary?

Got computer back - going to be busy for quite sometime re-installing software - took almost 10 days to get everything back on 1st time round - hope this time it will be a bit quicker. 6 hours taken to install 3 music programs : got a long way to go : and I haven't started install drivers for printers etc.

Let's get back to basics and have a retro-week. JC promised me over a year ago, and it's still over-due. How about disabling lasers for individuals and make survivors buy them for the entire team (30points)? If not, there should be an increase to 6pts - that will probably stop the majority of dubious sharp-shooters being able to buy a laser when still in the saferoom at the beginning of a match. I think this is probably the main reason why so many are asking for the increase in price.

I'll look into idrive. Until I get my PC back, I really can't play L4D2 - I've tried virtually every combination of settings with video and mouse, but it's much they same on all, can't get a real feel of control. It's re-installing so much software that is the time killer - took me almost 10 days to sort out last time when my poor old XP's CPU blew up. I always do regular backups on an external Hard Drive, hundreds of CD/DVDs and 2 Laptops - dread the thought of losing over 800 GBs of compositions, nearly 1 TB video production disappearing into the blackhole of cyberspace. Hi and welcome to the forums. Unfortunately due to main computer away being repaired, I have no copy of screen shot or demo. WE DO NOT TOLERATE RACIST or any other form of abusive behaviour. No matter how much you plead, as far as I'm concerned your ban can stay. You will have to wait for a decision until I hear from a Board Member.

There was a whirring noise, no beeping, IDK what mobo is, there is a green light showing at back of computer; error message just reads: Microsoft Windows failed to load, then machine crashes. Eventually it did boot-up after 2hours, but takes a further 30mins or so to load up applications. 2 yrs old, never a problem until recently - Win 8.1 has got to be the culprit. Anyhow, as this is my mainframe computer for music & video production, it is insured against things like this happening. Hence I'm a bit wary of doing anything to it as it may invalidate the insurance. He's gone in for repair and a bit of an update. Will take about a week before I get it back.

Tonight computer crashed. It took over one hour to boot-up. When it did finally get there, an error message appeared : Windows application failed and computer freezes. I have no clue what's caused this. Any suggestions? Thanks
