Why not? They are 2 great games IMO and can be found for the PC from $5 -10. Story wise I don't think it will matter. Both are on sell till Halloween for 5 bucks each. Great deal for very fun games. Also some good ones if you have not played that are on sale : Left for dead 2 and Borderlands

Actually it seems the spawn rate has been improved, I assume it was an update by Flitter. And saving the stuff we already built but still spawn a new world! Sweet! Sorry to see you go dragon, was looking forward to seeing where dragon entrance lead.

No one is on anymore. We kinda need to figure out if we are gonna remake the map with the official release date or stick with what we got. Since virtually no one is on anymore I'd be fine with a new map. 11/11/11 should have a ton of new features and have many of the bugs fixed.

I can blame whomever I choose! Also by that analogy : Blame Ford for making a truck that can go 125 miles an hour down a side-walk full of pedestrians, not the person behind the wheel! The awp in the hands of a skilled player makes them all but unstoppable, giving them an almost unfair advantage. It also slows down the game because everyone is walking around on eggshells worried to stick there head out because when they do BAM awp shoots you in the finger and you die. I personally would rather the awp be banned or at least limited to 1 per team. Back in the cal days the awp was my weapon of choice, it does have a place in a 5v5 match but less-so in a pub. Also I've noticed valve made it so you can aim much better when in mid-air, even with a scoped weapon, very annoying.

With the official release it should be mostly bug free, and likely won't have much added in the way for biomes/npc for some time after. when 1.9 is release it should include all the features of 1.0 but with bugs. So if they release 1.9(short of unknown bugs) we should be fine for a long time after. If we do create a new world I'll help you remake your trap amertrash, in fact I think it would be cool if we had 3-4 people working on it and make it massive. We all gotta start mining somewhere so might as well put it to good use.

Seeing as how I have already given up on minecraft until 1.9 I personally vote for a map reset. Sucks all the work I've put into my sky-bridge thing but 1.9 adds a whole lot of new stuff and I think it would be worth it. 11/11/11 is the official release date of minecraft, whole month away but should not need a new world for a long time after it is released and will be much less buggy.

Between Hunger and not knowing if the map is going to be reset with 1.9 release no one is really playing that much. Personally I don't care to put to much time into something if we know we are going to make a new world. Thanks Flitterkill, great job on the server and keeping everyone apprised of whats going on.

I don't have enough room for p90x and just enough room to work out on the Wii fit as long as i watch out for the ceiling fan when reaching up. I have dumbbells as well that I use, Wii fit is more of a get in shape and I use the free weights for muscle building.

Boiler : I used an Iron pickaxe, and was able to carry the monster spawner in my inventory like any other block and place it where I wanted.. Someone said they used a stone pickaxe on one, but I did not try it.

Yeah hunger is much much much much much much much better. Little off-topic but did you know you can mine monster spawners and place them anywhere you want? Didn't know if this was a 1.8 feature or side effect of a plugin? I read a lot of stuff about 1.8 before it was release and never noticed anything about mining monster spawners.

Went ahead and go the $500 Acer Aspire, benchmarks showed Nvidia GT520M was slightly faster but actually in-game fps favored the AMD Radeon HD 6470M ever so slightly. Don't think it would mater much either way, so figured I'd save myself a few bucks. Thanks for the help guys, hope by Tuesday(wed) I'll get it in and start removing the bloatware.
