I get what you mean, but I think it'd be extremely overpowered in my honest opinion The witch has always been unique in that no matter what difficulty the game is, one claw swipe will incapacitate a survivor at the very least. Tanks with cars are dodged, easily at times, but a player controlled witch, with the ability to just run from behind a corner and in-cap half a team before anyone realizes? That just screams overpowered to me I shudder to think what a witch controlled by someone like Swatfishy would be like

Public shaming is never the answer.... IS IT PEANUT?!?! I agree with the report, it's always good to let the admins know who the 'problem' players are, so that we can keep an eye out for them. Playing to win is all well and good, but when you're constantly being a jerk to the rest of your team for it, that's not gonna fly.

I'm English, and around for a good part of the day on Steam, even if I only join and play rarely, so if you secnd me a quick private message, I can jump on and do anything admin related when I see it Redrum likes to message me when I just go out, he has a bad habit of catching me as soon as I'm not at the computer

It's a bigger problem than you'd think though, he's setting an example to a MASSIVE fan base, more massive than we probably realize that you can do what you want. Imagine growing up, and your idol smokes drugs, drives while drunk and assaults people, seemingly without remorse. A group of teenagers could grow up under that influence, thinking that's the norm, and we have the next few years full of idiotic kids killing people by DUI, overdosing on drugs and assaulting anyone because they feel like it. In regards to starving children, kids being abused by parents, homeless people and people dealing with real life problems, the majority of people would rather focus on something they feel they have the power to change than focus on something as broad a topic as that. They think "What can I, one person do, to stop these problems when everyone else doesn't?". Sure, you can donate to charities that help these causes, but with the idea in your head that some charities barely give any of the money you donate to the people in need, and pocket a good part of it, you start to feel "What difference can I do? I may as well just stop caring." It's harsh, but it's reality.

My cousin went through a phase of playing lots of different MMORPGs with various names that involved the world tainted. I persuaded him to play Command and Conquer Renegade with me, as I was playing online on a few different servers. Most of his names were too long for the registration progress, so I eventually made him an account simply named tainted92. He didn't really get into the game, and quit fairly quickly, but I stayed around. One day, I lost my password through Westwood Online, and I wasn't able to recover the account. I borrowed his until I could recover mine, playing under the name tainted92 for a while. I was unable to recover my account at all, and got used to playing under the tainted92 name. Eventually, I decided to just keep it, as it's always a reminder to me of my cousin, and the days we spent playing games as kids. While I haven't seen him in a very long time, he's still the closest thing I've had to a brother.

I haven't posted in this thread so far because I had nothing really to say, the pounce video was a nice watch, but I've tried to do that, and I can't get the hang of it, so I was too lazy to post. However, I have been reading, and I feel at this point, I should chip in with my two cents. I do not think this is an exploit. Simple as, if Valve had wanted this to be dealt with, they would have dealt with it a damn sight sooner than now. I have to admit, this made me laugh out loud. It just screams childish to me. If you had such a problem with him doing it, then sure, don't play while he's online. That is your choice. There was no need to publicly post that though. It shouts to me that "I'm going to throw a public tantrum in an attempt to make you change something that I don't agree with". He has as much right as you to play here as long as he follows the rules set down by the admins, and various admins and board members have said that it is not considered an exploit. What gives you the right to slam him in public like this for nothing more than a tactic that the admins and board members don't have a problem with? Stop playing while he's online if you wish, but don't slam him for something that he is allowed to do. I don't think this topic of discussion needs any more than that. How about we just enjoy the video and watching Peanut get pounced repeatedly? I know I have that bit on loop for chuckling purposes! I just wish I'd seen Yoshi getting repeatedly pounced, it would have made my day

Considering that only two people were alive (one had just died in the chat) at the time of this screenshot (one of them being Smile), it looks to me like a justified rush. Can you provide more details? What point of the map did Smile start rushing, were there any tanks alive at that point, etc?

I have to say, the cooldown on using it on tanks is a good idea. Perhaps 15 seconds after the bile wears off before bile can affect a tank again?

For gods sake Redrum, you think everyone cheats. You're just horrible at this game, when are you going to admit this to yourself? I'd like it stated for the fact that I have never hacked, and the fact that you're jealous of my incredible good looks and amazing personality to the point that you bring false accusations of my cheating to the forums is frankly disgusting. I'd say I expected better of you, but frankly, I can't expect anything more of you when you're a simpleton. In all seriousness, my two cents on this is that the person in question is either ridiculously good or hacking, because they consistently pull off the kind of gameplay that we all wish we could do. I'm in two minds because I've known good friends who are amazing at games, and I've watched them play FPS games in person, and the way they played were incredible. However, the consistent gameplay of this person makes it unsurprising to me that this thread has popped up.

I'll be blunt in my opinion, mainly because I just woke up and I haven't had a coffee yet I won't lie, it'd be nice if I bought a tank and didn't immediately see half the survivor team buy a bile bomb, it's difficult at times to put a tank against ten survivors when you're team has maybe one person who'll do some boomer support. I won't pretend that I wouldn't enjoy it being easier for me However, I disagree with removing it. Even in games of full members, I see the Infected team kill the survivors more often than the survivors make it to the saferoom intact. (My own observations). The Infected team is fine how it is now, and frankly, with the addition of personal fire damage to the survivors, I think they're okay now. They can't spam the "OP fire" as easily as before, and taking away another important arsenal from the survivors is a bad idea. A good player can build tank points in the first few minutes (if that), and a good player can also kill off a fair amount of survivors if they play their tank right. Bile isn't the end of the world. This is like asking "Can we remove the ability to buy weapons? Survivors buy long range weapons and shoot me before I even get close, and that's overpowered :(". I don't think it is a step in the right direction. Fire was, this isn't. My two cents
