My teammate laughed at me when i tried to send him something off of dictionary.com. He laughed even more when I tried to remeber my 4 yrs of german from highschool.

If its something its not alot thats needed translated I could ask one of my german teammmates.

Mav the reason why I am avoid about this point, is that drugs are going to be my life. I have spent the past two years learning about them and have another 2 to go. I applaude shadow for his effort to quit. We can agree to disagree, but agree that quitting greatly reduces his cardiovascular risk.

Or since your not a "regular" smoke, even nicorette lozenges or gum can help. Yes you can stop smoking cold -turkey, but your sucess rate is much much higher if you use a nicotine replacement product.
