I lost my pet tiger Do you lose them when you jump on the map, or if you leave the game? I had trouble keeping the poor guy alive to :/ Yeti's are rough on a level 3 tiger.

Long distance would keep your hear rate at a lower value which is better for fat burning as long as its not to low. Sprinting ususually pushes you hear rate into the cardio zone. Plus long distance usually you are keeping the hear rate elevated for a longer time. Look at the tredmill next time you goto the gym the ususally have a target heart rate for what you are looking to do.

Just wasted an hour of my time, processed order and said it was out of stock for the GH. Unfortunately it still ordered the Brawl game so had to cancel the order. This is after I called the local store, and asked them if they had this deal. They told me yes, so I drove up there. When I got to the register it was $150! Told them about the deal, they said amazon owns the online store, so it might be different. Got back home, tried processing order, which was going to include sales tax so $115, but then they didnt have GH.

I know this is cardio, and you guys are posting lifting stats, but wanted to show that I am doing stuff Monday: Ran 1.5 miles Tuesday: Rode bike for 30 mins Weds: Ran 1.5 miles, did abs, pushups, pullups and dips, swam 1500 Today, abs are sore along with hamstrings. I did med ball chops, which made me realized how out of shape I am. Have alot of hw to do tonight, so just gonna ride for 30 mins +/- some lunges/bw squats/pushups/abs.

Lol, i think between 2 of my roommates they have 4 swords and some throwing stars. Plus i dont know how many guns the one has. I know that he keeps an ak in the house
