on the start of the map i was rocking 50+ on round starts about 35 that would settle down to about 2-4 though some maps had no choke at all. i didnt nottice anything different but my sweet love mani was missing

Could have been me. I belive I had said that it wasnt hacks many many times but you had keept saying it was a hacker and wouldn't drop it. Next time pay attention to the console, usualy admins know whats going on and they will tell you. IF you post up your steam id myself or someone will get you unbanned.

none of those should be affecting him to 9fps if he is at 1024x768 or less of a resolution. I would start with runing a UPDATED virus scan Then check for spyware. use spybot, adware, and any others that you have heard of. Your issues do not see to be hardware but software goot
