prayer request

Recommended Posts

my dad was having dizzy spells, headaches, and real bad back pain

he's had arthritis so they did and mri and found that the tissue in his spine

bw a coupla vertabrae is deteriorating so he's gotta go get surgery for that in dec

hes old (64) so any surgery isnt a good thing

and sort of a blessing/bigger prayer request was that they found an aneurysm in his brain about 2 mm big

its not big enuff that it should affect anything, but if it get ANY bigger they'll go in and get it

so plz keep him in your prayers....thx guys

will do man.

my father went through an aneurysm about 5 years ago...his was so bad that it was caught about a day before it burst...he just woke up with horrible pain in his head and so much dizziness he couldn't stand. Sounds like your father's symptoms. If the doctor says the aneurysm isn't bad now....I say get a second opinion....that's never something to just ignore really.

as for the surgery...I can't even explain how amazed I am at the medical world in the U.S....my father and sister have both had brain surgery and come out 100% fine. I was worried more for my father because it was the first brain surgery I'd ever had a close family member go to...but I really do trust the medical community now...technology has advanced so amazingly far.
