Is there a program that will allow me to sign on with multiple screen names simultaneously?

easymessage will http://www.easymessage.net/ but I'm not 100% sure it is supported anymore you will have to go and read about it

let's you connect to aim, icq, msn, yahoo, and irc, with multiple screeen names, simultaneously. the free version is really free; no spy/adware or advertisements.

Trillian is what I and a lot of others use. I love it. They have a free version that works great and an upgrade for 20 bucks or something to a pro version with more options than you'll probably need.

 

Super simple to set up also.

Sure, if they are all in your buddy list, it will be one window with tabs. If you make different categories in your buddy list, they will only be tabbed within that list, so make sure you have all your people in one list.

Not sure how, but I know when my sister was visiting us she had mine and hers running at the same time..

you can add multiple aim screen names to one client using trillian.

 

after you complete the installation, follow the wizard to configure your FIRST aim account (you may be able to add multiple during the install, but i verified the following method). allow the program finish the install, then when trillian is running:

 

1. right click the systray icon, choose "connections" -> "manage my connections"

2. click "add new connection" at the bottom of the window. choose aim.

3. enter screen name and password, then click the box below to "automatically connect to this account on startup."

4. click connect.

 

i usually add my multiple personalities to my buddy list to confirm connection status. plus i always have at least one friend.

 

this feature is included with the basic value meal, no need to super size for $20, unless your ethically inclined to support the man.

i have 2 new AIM IDs...if you can guess them and message me, you get a cookie. Not random at all.
