And, is the model really big, or is it just a rendering glitch?

 

And, are the Hitboxes the size of the model?

 

And, was this a glitch or another admin having fun?

The person who is big, to them it looks like they are walking around the skybox.

 

The model is really that big.

 

The hitboxes would be on the model in the skybox.

The hitboxes are FUBAR, I tried to kill them but they dont take damage

...if you want to kill them, you'd have to shoot bullets into the sky, so that you're hitting the regular sized model, inside the 3D skybox.

 

...actually, I think the skybox is below Italy, so you'll have to shoot at a regular sized person, half a kilometre away, through the ground.

 

...good luck. If you get that kill, I think that counts as an instaban.

The actual player model is out of the map.

you have to be on acid to kill them basicaly

The giant player is in the same situation Norg described trying to fire into the map. In short, one has to fire pretty randomly in the direction of the map (which is above the Skybox in Italy), to hit enemies which one has no freaking chance of seeing.
