YoMamma November 14, 2005 Share YoMamma Member November 14, 2005 I loved the Spider-Man cartoon from the 90s. I would watch that everyday after school. Also X-men and Animaniacs rocked. But the one no one has mentioned and I don't know how is THE SIMPSONS! The 90s was when The Simpsons episodes were all pure gold.
Norguard November 14, 2005 Share Norguard Member November 14, 2005 Some goodies, there. Bub, ThunderCats, Smurfs and Transformers were definitely, definitely '80s. Not that that's bad - just '80s. I think some mention needs to go to some ingenious cartoons of the mid-'90s: on top of all of the WB cartoons already mentioned, Freakazoid and Earthworm Jim totally rocked my world. Even moreso when I realized that Andrea Martin was onboard for Jim. And Jim himself was none other than Homer Jay Simpson.

Playaa November 14, 2005 Share Playaa Member November 14, 2005 how in the WORLD has no one mentioned Gargoyles yet? and yes, cartoons back then were 10 times better than they are now. Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Tail Spin, Gargoyles, they actually had substance.
