stutters December 3, 2005 Share stutters GC Alumni December 3, 2005 yeah totally out of focus, but i was laughing so hard at how tired he made himself. all he could do was suck wind then. when i picked him up they said he was a "rot lab husky" mix which would have put him in the 70-90 lb range. if he's dripping wet, he's maybe 30 lbs. in other words, i have no idea. Saris December 3, 2005 Share Saris Member December 3, 2005 And here's my dog, in which pictures can't really capture a Dachshunds cuteness. My first one, Giddy, was hilarious. She'd lay by the fire everyday right on her back, with her stubby legs stuck up in the air and every time I'd walk by, I'd just rub her belly and she wouldn't move an inch. My second, Gimpy, is this wirey little weiner who is lazy like you wouldn't believe. Every morning, he does the EXACT same thing, all the time: He slept in my brother's bed and when we'd throw the sheets off of him, he'd roll on is back and give us this begging look not to move him. When we did, he'd give the same, small grumble, then wearily stretch once, then zoom off like a rocket. The third one, Sam, has too many quirks to mention, he is by far, the most hilarious dog ever. When we give Gimpy too much attention, he starts to howl and stares at us with one eye. When I'm sitting in a chair and he's lying with me and I start to pet him, if he's sleepy he'll just stretch himself up on my chest as if he's trying to hug me. He also runs into walls, doors, eats like a pig and pounces on Gimpy then runs away, usually into a wall. The greatest dogs ever. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
