stutters September 28, 2006 Share stutters GC Alumni September 28, 2006 hi, and welcome to the forums. you were recently banned on recrud, our midwest stock server. we just compiled our banlists from each of our servers, so if recrud isn't your main server, and you play on one of our others, you may not have been aware you were ever banned. unfortunately, i can't (easily) tell why you were banned. be a sport, and see if you can figure out why you might have been banned. as far as i can tell, it wasn't an auto ban for like team killing. a quick search of our forums also show this wasn't a requested ban (and that's a good thing). keep in mind we run clean servers, so swearing, porn sprays, arguing, and whining are all valid reasons to get banned. honesty is the best path to getting unbanned. xoxo, sj Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Raw-C September 28, 2006 Share Raw-C Member September 28, 2006 A quick guess would be your name. BAMF is a pretty easily figured out acronym that very neatly bypasses the swear filter on the servers. stutters October 2, 2006 Share stutters GC Alumni October 2, 2006 raw-c is probably right. you were probably being asked to change your name, didn't notice/listen/pay attention, and you got banned. sounds like you changed your name, so no reason (for now) not to be unbanned. please follow our rules, and in particular, be sure to take note if an admin is talking to you STEAM_0:0:12380585 unbanned.
