Here's why right now: The eternal connecting period allows that 21st spot to be held so long that it's filled more than it's available to you. Before: 10:33:10 Server: Ahhh, here comes someone. 10:33:15 Server: Nope, not a reservist. Off to FC with him. Now: 10:33:10 Server: Hmmm...looks like steam is sending someone our way. Yep, here they come. Yep, they are definitely heading here. Ok, I'm full. Here they come. Yes sir, they are ready to play. <squints> Can't quite make em out, but they're coming. <hibernates> Wha? huh? Oh yea, here they come. 10:37:43 Server: Yep. Ok, now I see em. Oops, they aren't a reservist. Bye! 10 seconds later... 10:35:53 Server: Ahhh here comes someone now..... We're working on it.
