Just to clear up what I believe is a misconception to the "Spec Bug". It does NOT add money to your total. It Will reset it to the initial map-start amount. Before it was an outlawed issue, I used it when on the unstacked-getting-spanked team. When you have $12 left, going to spec and returning will put you back to $802. If you have 4300 and want a little more "for that precious Awp", you will come back with $802, not $5102. In other words, when your team is totally trounced repeatedly, you can get your choice of a deagle OR a kit and clip using the bug. Though its obviously an "exploit", its not exactly an unbalancer lol.

dude, the 256bits Start in the 6800 series! I am NOT buying a 6800 series card to put into my intel 4xagp mobo, so that in 1 yr when I get my 64 bit/pcie board, my 6800 series wont even plug in. This is a hold-me-over card. 1 yr= mobo,cpu, power, ram etc (my current ram is 333-1 gig), and THEN I'll get the kick-butt-take-names vid card. For comparison and a little humor, jsut how "slooooo" will that 128 bit 6600gt seem to me with my current ti4600? lol....doubt it

I guess I dont understand all this. I was under the assumption that a stacker was someone whoeither joins the team that has more players, joins the team thats obviously whooping up on the other, or knows who the best players are and always joins the team that has the most of them. Someone joining CT all the time doesnt include any of that info. For example, in my case, I prefer m4 over ak, so I generally prefer ct. Or in the case of dust ( or dust2? cant remember), I like to get into b tunnels with a p90 sometimes on the ct side. So, I dont know my ratios atm, but Ill guess the ct is higher than the t. But I dont stack for scores, so Im not a stacker............ I dunna get it ...

Well it says in the specs that it will work with 9500pro, but the smallest nvidia it will take is the 5700. I believe the 9500pro is in the same line of gpus as the 5xxx isnt it?

Out of curiosity.... I can get a 6600gt agp for about 170 +- ( all diff ranges from 150 to 249). What ati card is this comparable to? It only has 128 MB, vs the 256 you can get in a str8 6600, but it has all the advanced goodies like a 6800...ddr3, pipelines,gpu, etc

Well, I downloaded the new demo ( the new movie is INsane!!), and with my GF4Ti4600, I cant even run it. The minimum requirement is a fx5700 chipset. So, it has made up my mind. I was still unsure whether to do a whole upgrade (intel 2.8 to amd64 w/ pci-e) or jsut buy a decent agp to hold me over. Looks like Im going the cheap route for now. 6600 gt so far. Itll do the trick and keep things 'purty' for the time being.

I had the same prob for a bit with another update clue. I also deleted the registeryblob thingy and once I re-logged into steam, everything was fine.

heh. I had 4 or 5 status's in my console. I had planned to jsut look it up when an admin came on board. Then, I forgot and logged out later without copying the info. My Bad!!
