I'm a Sr Program Manager at a large global management consulting company. Pay is good, work sucks. Frankly, I'm looking for something new...where work doesn't suck...even if the pay isn't as good as it is nwo. Playaa, I know quite a few ppl from Avanade. I remember when a lot of my friends went over to start that company. How do you like working with them?

Where abouts in florida are ya? Miami? Ft Lauderdale? West Palm Beach? I used to work there a while back and I go back often. I wanna go back to revisit the club scene again. Maybe next march for the WMC.

It is possible...theoretically. Basically vastly accellerate the greenhouse effect by introducing enough ozone into the atmosphere to create an ozone layer which will create global warming. I believe that is the basic concept. In any event, why not do this? Seems like the logical next step. We make swamplands on earth liveable (miami florida) and we make icy roughlands liveable (alaska region), why not the next step? Start the thinking process now. We all know the earth is a finite place. Maybe if we start thinking now, 2000 years from now, we'd have many planets to live on.

Could it be that over the past half decade, ppl slowly started getting sick of de_dust2? CS is on a downward spiral and has been for a while. The GD server deals are a very good indication of it.

games these days dont have coop because there is just way too much scripting going on. I do hope they come out with a coop patch. The HL Sven Coop was absolutely horrible.

You see you have misled yourself into thinking CS: Source is CS: 2; which it isn't at all. CS: Source is CS 1.6 being converted to the newest valve graphics engine. Which is the Source engine of course!!!! Now i can see how u would be disappointed if you were led into thinking this was CS: 2. However, your statements are all moot if you consider that this is CS with a "new skin" So yeah the weapons, gameplay, and skins for that matter a almost the same. But that's what they set out to do with CS: Source. So by your statement you just underlined the fact that valve has done everything with CS: Source that they set out to do. If you get HL2 and start playing HL1: Source(which may be included)first by mistake, don't be surprised that it's a lot like HL 1 from a couple years back. Such Hostilities! Someone here stated that any reference to CS2 should now be referenced as CS Source. So, I assumed CS Source IS CS2. Glad to hear it isn't.

It just looks like CS with better physics and graphics. I would have expected updated weapons and a completely new map set. The gameplay is tired and old, new modes of play should be introduced. Very disappointing.

50 first dates was a horrible movie. If you like that type of movie, go watch "Eternal Sunshine on a Spotless Mind". Simply incredible.

Both are fun though.

Depends on how often you buy new games. I've always spent less than $150 on video cards and I've always been able to play at the resolution and settings I wanted. Yes, you can spend $300 to get the best resolution and settings, but to me, It really isn't worth it. I buy 2-3 games a year and typically, a $150 vid card will do the job fine for those. Basically, I'm on the $150 vid card path. I buy a $150 vid card, use it until I find a game I can't play...then upgrade again to the next $150 vid card, etc. I'm still using my GF3-Ti500. I'm sure it's almost time to upgrade my card. But I've been using this card for 2 years and it's been great.

Yeah, thats what my friend tells me as well. He works at Google. Yet I still don't trust it. Any computer system needs programmers, testers, QA folks and production readiness tests. The ad system they are building needs raw data. Unit test data, Assembly test data, System test data...etc. They are all under NDA, I'm sure. But no system would go live without using real data for test purposes. Same with production support. Its moot anyways though. I get POP3 access to yahoo mail and they give 2GB of space.

google email system. I don't like how they've built a system to read your email though. I don't like anything reading my email. Too big brother for me, although my friend who works at Google assures me that they don't do anything with it except try and find a better fitting ad for you.

For that price, Sennheisser's are a better deal.

It is a major op/ed piece and you can choose to agree or disagree with my views". The intent of the film was not to be a strict documentary. It is an opinion piece based on facts. You may look at the same facts and have a very contrasting viewpoint. Moore himself called his work a movie.

Mmmmm...I played Dota Allstars for the 1st time last night. My god that animation is garbage and the team balancing is garbage. I'm waiting for the official FT version of DOTA. Hopefully it'll have the cool elements of Allstars while keeping the teams balance and the visuals of the classic.

I dont remember an MCC match where DOH didn't put out as many players as were available. If anything, ppl were constantly being told they couldn't play during match night because the other team couldn't match our #'s.
