Get the MGS4 PS3 bundle, it is the best right now, updated hardware, much cooler running and I heard it is more power efficient. As for PS2 games so far it plays everything I throw at it, people that worry about software emulation seems to own over 1,000~ of PS2 library it seems lol. Plus software emulation can be updated with firmware support. The MGS4 bundle will be the last SKU to carry PS2 backward compatibility. Then again if you really want to play PS2 just grab em at gamestop or something they are cheap.

Get the Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle, it is the last PS3 that will carry the backward compatibility and it is more updated hardware wise than the 60 GB.

That's bs hellbound right there hehe. I have a Q9450 on it, GTX 280 SSC, 4 GB DDR2 8000 G.skill RAM, 860 PSU, Zalman 9700NT for CPU fan, 3 hard drives and a non working floppy, it wont detect it but its only 7 bucks and...it would cost that much to ship it back to them anyway. LG DVD burner.

There would be more pics but I ran out of batteries. Everything was a success. Installed XP Pro in record time of 10 mins more or less. For some reason could not get the Floppy Drive to be detected, if it is plugged in the SATA DVD Drive would not be detected by BIOS. After XP Pro installation tried out 3DMark06 and scored 14888. I'm going to be fine tuning this PC software wise and see if I can't raise the score. Btw what is the best 3DMark to use? All in all a fun project even though I did not do it alone, I had a lot of help from bs hellbound (he built the whole thing while I assisted him) that lives near by. Seating the PSU, decided to put it upside down so the wires are closer to the back panel. Mounting the Zalman 9700 on the board. Starting to run the wires. The back of mobo panel. Plugging stuff in.

Everything has been bought! Except monitor, the DVD burner/reader thing I originally planned to get was sold out so I went with an LG GH20NS15 or something like that. I will decide eventually on a monitor by next month. Still haven't really narrow it down yet. One thing that sucks is the tax total to 127 bucks! S&H was 30 bucks! I haven't use CRT in years, I was using the viewsonic VX922 19" monitor for a long while, it is spec'd at 2ms. Ahhh so many choices for monitors ;(

I'm not to sure bush 24 in monitors starts to double in price compared to 22, do you know if 2 ms vs 5 ms any difference?

Antec 900, I haven't decide on monitor yet. Maybe that Samsung 2253B or whatever its called or the cheapy 22 in Acer lol
