From Fatty, I am the "official map finder" person. And tonight we will do some testing. Thus far I have found the following:

 

Some random map... good one though:

I've only taken the time to look at the screenshots... Instead of playing it. My first impression is "wow" :=:o ! It looks well made and hopefully we'll be able to get it up on our server,

 

 

And another cs_assault map

The pictures are taking forever and a day to load so I tested it out myself. And I must say... this is the best remake... EVER. Better than lith, and there isnt an additional texture pack that anyone has to load!

Yes by the same makers of the above map entitled hslan. From the looks of it, it is well made. However, it is dark, much like the inferno map we have on our server. Need I say more?

I think the first one looks VERY interesting, has elements of cbble and assault. I'd really like to try that one, please post if you try it.

The Militia looks kinda cool also, never played 1.6 so I cant offer a comparison.

Personally, I think that in place of zt_assault, the new assault map should be used.  We're going to test them all later tonight when Fatty gets back.

EDIT: After reading this I loaded up militia and it IS SWEEET. I urge everyone to check it out.

Yeah, militia wasnt all it was hyped up to be. But the assault and hslan one look great and play great. I'd love to see those two in the rotation. Nuke should be coming out sometime soon... I also have a friend who is currently working on a map. We'll see how that turns out.

I come bearing the first BETA version of my remake of de_train for CSS! I've hosted it at Bots-United.com, you can download it here:

The second beta will include phys_props and full lighting, as well as some more detail in general.

I dont wanna be rude so, u must realy work on the light and the architecture, and the textures is very ugly, work out a playable map before releasing it.

Yes it is to dark and ive fixed that, im working on some more details atm.

There is no light yet and these are not the final textures. It's the first BETA version of my map and is by no means a final version, it doesn't even have any physics props yet! I hope to get beta 2 done in the next couple of weeks along with incorporating any suggestions I've received on the first beta. I'm mostly concearned with layout, gameflow, and any major problems that may come up in this first beta. I welcome, and strongly encourage any constructive criticism anyone has to offer.
