Nick Soapdish September 29, 2007 Share Nick Soapdish Member September 29, 2007 last year i told my girl "john paul jones wants to get back together with zepp" she didn't believe me, neither did shrop. we are die hard zeppelin fans. as you may know, there's a last concert for them nov 26. tix are $800 lbs ish. I've saved up 5K to go to the greatest concert of all time, at least in my lifetime. shrop's in for it too. it's so expensive, but i like being crazy. do i try to buy tix? (plane tix, hotel, and zepp tix)

appalachian_fox September 29, 2007 Share appalachian_fox Member September 29, 2007 If this is honestly that important that it is in consideration for the most important thing you will ever do...Seriously...Blow the wad. People spend more than this on things like weddings, houses, children...you get the drift. Irresponsible? Sure. Crazy? Probably. But if it's seriously that important to you, you may end up kicking yourself in the rear for a long time if you don't take the opportunity. EbilDustBunny September 29, 2007 Share EbilDustBunny GC Alumni September 29, 2007 led zeppelin is awsome but that's a price of an arm and a leg! I hope you bring a couple limbs back from he concert or a kidney or liver to even it out... I know a guy. >_> lol it sounds like it's going to be a blast. tookey September 30, 2007 Share tookey Member September 30, 2007 It's not zepp w/o bonham. +1. But if you still want to go then do what you want and dont care about the rest. Seriously, maybe if you didn't go, you'd have more money and could buy something nice...but in the back of your head will be a tiny voice always saying "what if I did?" shep48 October 1, 2007 Share shep48 Member October 1, 2007 I saw Robert Plant open for the Who 5 years ago, he was terrible. I really wish I was late to the show. The Who was absolutely incredible. Pete Townsend is amazing.
