It puts all 32 player servers in the "Custom" tab so it doesn't show up like all the other servers do. I had an AA admin explain this to me last night. Having some bots would be awesome if they could get it working. If I see a bunch of GC-ers playing TF2 I try to get it going, but I really havent seen more the 2-3 people on my friends like playing usually.
