Is the Tank getting easier to kill?

It's just the people in server finally understanding to shoot the tank first rather then helping up teammates from incap to get incap again while getting themselves hurt. Otherwise is normal if there are 10 survivors when there should be 4 a tank fight against.

It's funny because the Tank's HP is the same as it is in 4v4. It's also funny that taking that into account that one Tank can still wipe a team if the infected coordinate their attacks. More strategy gets used when the Tank is dealing with only 6000 HP against 10 Survivors...which is great when the strategy works.

Tanks need to learn to hang back, not *immediately* rush into the middle of 9 or 10 Survivors... especially if they're all still green health.

 

Hang back, chuck a rock or two. Practice on your aiming those pieces of concrete. Give the Boomers/Chargers/Smokers a minute or so to try and split up the grouping.

Tank is great the way it is. Making it stonger is stupid. I only wish we could buy up tank from 3 to 5. LOL

 

This. Nothing like 3 tanks, all of whom die in 20 seconds and they keep getting tanks

If they tanked properly they wouldn't die in 20 seconds. Some maps locations are not favourable for tanks, but 3 is overkill at certain areas as well.

The longer people play on the server given their skill level of the game, the easier the Tank is to kill, but the same can be said the other way around. If a Tank knows what they are doing, they can act purely as a distraction and let the other infected players chip away at the Survivor's health and jump in at the right time. I was even thinking about back when I implemented a proper Tank Limits system to put it at 2 then have infected players be able to increase it to 3 just as another thing for them to buy.

I like the idea of having to buy an upgrade to get to 3 tanks. Maybe even a price to get to 2. Adds to the teamwork element, as someone will have to buy the upgrade, while someone else is likely to need to buy the tank.
