Check in and sign up with cell phone numbers, hotel rooms, etc so you can be located. Get LAN badge for security purposes. Migrate in groups to Kemp's. 7:00 - 10:00 PM Intros, socializing, eating, swimming, hanging out at Kemp's. 11:00 PM - ? SERIOUS GAMING BEGINS Saturday, August 16 People quit, return to hotels, sleep at lan, camp at Kemp's, whatever, whenever throughout the night. 7- 8 AM - Early risers (or zombies) meet at Kemp's for breakfast on the grill if they want. 11 AM - Everyone meets at Kemp's for lunch and social events. 1:00 PM - Anyone interested in golfing leaves for the course, with drinks, or stays at Kemps, or goes back to LAN. 6:00 PM Everyone to Kemps for dinner. 8:00 PM - NIGHT TWO OF SERIOUS GAMING. Sunday, August 17 People leave whenever, some keep playing. The next night I was thinking of setting up "power-hours" where we give away some of the sponsored stuff we get. How does this look? 8:00 - 8:30 - AWP Power Half-Hour (2 seperate games of equal people...top one from each face each other) - Prize : AWP Whore T-Shirt 8:30 - 9:00 - Knife arena Power Half-Hour (same format) - Prize : OWNED T-shirt 9:00 - 10:00 - Battlefield 1942 Power Hour - One game setup, decide on format later - Prize : TBD 10:00 - 11:00 - WarCraft 3 Tourney Style Power Hour - Sign up by 9, find out your 2-4 person team and opponent at 10. - Prize : TBD 11:00 - 12:00 - Worms World Party Power Hour - Sign up when you get your team assignment for the wc3 tourney at 10. - Prize : TBD 12 - ??? - Free gaming - Whatever prizes are left are raffled off here. However, the address on Chart road posted in the other topic is correct. The websites I create will come with nice landmark pictures for easy following.
