I say the ff at spawn purposefully is enough for a ban and if the guy is good enough to get 14 headies in a row (assuming they aren't hacks) then he's good enough to recognize a lagged out CT AND he's good enough to NOT unload an entire clip into one unmoving individual (the lagged out CT). and if the 14 headies WERE hax....well......that's ok then...
