I have a couple friends who play Dota2 who can make ANY hero good end game. It's all in how well you know each character and the strengths/weaknesses they have against the opposing heroes.

While RAM is an ok album, I still prefer the older stuff they did. RAM is too slow paced for my liking. Also, while being a Daft Punk fan, sometimes lyrics in their songs get too repetitive. I'd rather just listen to the music.

I had an issue where I couldn't download the newest update for Steam a while back. I couldn't download it, therefore I couldn't get on steam. This lasted about 5 days with me trying everything I could find to fix the issue with nothing working. Finally it downloaded, updated and all was well. It was an issue caused solely by Valve from what I could understand. Sometimes they really mess things up, but they usually get it fixed after not too long.

yep this was my problem. So nice having a stable DSL connection now isnt it? I should say old problem, when i moved out of my parents i got 20meg cable connection

I'm also staying at Days Inn. But i opted to not take the then 15% discount because it was non-cancellable and non-refundable and when i booked i still had a chance of cancelling. Got it at $69 a night with no discount.

When I had DSL, I would get a weak signal from the phone company to where whenever lightning struck i would disconnect from anything online. I know this isn't the same thing, but I finally got fed up, called the phone company, they did a stress test on the line or something and told me it was weak. They adjusted some things on their end, never even had to come to the house and problem solved. I never dropped again. Phone lines definitely can have interference and weak strengths, so maybe just call up the ISP and ask them to look into it. Tell then what you've tried and how it hasn't resolved, and see if they have any ideas.

On a positive note, I actually thought over 30 people is a good turnout. I mean its enough for a good time, plus its not too many that you don't get a chance to meet and know everyone. I know it's not enough for sponsors and whatnot. I guess I see it as more of a GC weekend get together than an actual LAN party. That's evident with the multitude of extra activities people seem interested in doing besides computer gaming. Cornhole, board games, poker, drinking, pool, foosball, console games, etc etc. Maybe we should rename it GC FunFest 2013.
