I only played the original C&C. Never was very interested in any of the later games. If this next installment is more like an upgraded version of the original, then I might just have to buy it. Shaftiel

Nice flowers! I do not have a green thumb I'm afraid.. its like a death sentance for plants if I grow them heh:). However, my wife is a great gardener, and there is nothing I like better than sitting in the garden and relaxing, just looking and enjoying the colours and smells. I both love and hate playing against those that are much more skilled than I. I love it because I'm a competitive guy, and having a really tough challenge gets the juices flowing. I hate it because... well jeesh, getting blown away every round by one guy gets real old. I especially hate playing against a team with 3-5 skilled AWPers who, coincidentally, all have AWP's heh:). All and all I can't say as I mind that much if I'm playing against a stacked team... makes it all the more satisfying if, through some miracle, we win. Ah.. the thrill of victory over a superiour force.. there is nothing sweeter my friends. Shaftiel

Well, I have had cable, Direct TV, and Dish. Over all I have found very little difference in both customer service, or picture quality with Direct and Dish. Cable has by far the most problems of the three. I live in the mountains with lots of fog, freezing rain, and snow. With Dish Network the only time I have issues with the signal is when the dish gets covered by more than 1" of snow or ice. The bundled programming packages are reasonable, and the on screen navagation is very simple. For me, if I needed to choose between Dish Network and Direct TV, my discision would be based on cost, because they are so similar in both performance and programming.

Shaftiel was an angel until he sided with The Morning Lord (Lucifer). Up until that time he was the Keeper of the Angel of Death, and the Judge of God (or so the monks in 1245 A.D. said.. but what did they know right?). So perhaps some sort of demon who regrets his decision, perhaps railing agains the shackles of hell.. that sort of thing. Be interested to see your take on it. Um.. exept for a different look in the buy screens, full ammo, and prices changing all the time for your fav weapons and equipment.... the actual in game experience has not changed much at all. I think that some are getting alittle too bent out of shape about what amounts to a rather minor portion of this game. This game is much much more than just what the price of a particular gun is this week or the next. Just let it be, give it a month, we can adapt and strettch our little brains enough to deal with this little bump. Shaftiel

Well, I have never been interested in a console game enough to decide to throw $300+ at a system, just for the opportunity to spend another $60 on a game. Then, after i get bored with the game, to have that $300+ games console just sit there until I find another game I'm interesed enough in to throw another $60 at. I know that PC's are usually more expensive, but they are also much more useful and flexible. A PC is expensive sure. The games available usually cost as much as console games. But after you have grown tired of the games you have, you can still use your PC. It just won't sit there like a very expensive paper weight. Yeah, the new consoles can play DVD's, but nearly all the newer PC's can as well. I just don't see what the big deal is regarding these consoles. Shrug. Shaftiel

If they are going to allow for a capitalist pricing scheme, perhaps they should lift the 16,000 limit on our buying power. That would provide a much more realistic commercial environment. Shaftiel

Hmm.. I'm a littled peeved all the weapons I like are appearantly made of solid platinum... but I think the idea is interesting, and has merit. I am willing to try it out. Should be interesting running around on the first round with a mac 10 and night vision. Sounds like a party to me! Shaftiel

What would be a good choice for a CPU and power supply? If my system freezes could that be on account of the power supply? If I go to a dual core cpu I would need to upgrade the mobo. Shaftiel

Remember Robotech? I liked it much more than G.I. Joe at the time because in Robotech you could hear people dying and screaming in pain as they were shot down. Come to thing of it.. that might have been why my mother was none to impressed with it heh:). Megatron was a favorite as well. Ah yes.. the glory days of the early 80's.... Shaftiel

ER.. I became a member of GC because I so enjoyed playing agianst and with all of you that I was forever frustrated when I was getting redirected because the server was full, except for the reserved GC slots. So I became a GC member with the idea that I would no longer be redirected when there are open slots on the server. However, I am still getting redirected when the server reached 18-19 players on it. Was I mistaken? Please clarify this isure for me, and hopefully, let me play! heh Shaftiel STEAM_0:0:9054892
