Here's a site with some DVD drive repair tips for XBox: http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Repairs/xbox_dvd_repair.htm You can also buy replacement drives from that site if that doesn't work, but they look like they can be a little pricey. Just make sure you figure out which of the 3 different DVD drives it has first.

Pretty much the best place I know of for modding info is: http://www.xbox-scene.com/ They have a lot of links for buying new mod chips. I've been out of it for a while... I have an Xecuter 2, but I guess the 3's are out. I, and a friend of mine, both ordered our chips from http://system-mods.com/ I have no idea what MS's design plans for XBox 2 controllers are.

File not found on my first MCC match SS. I can remember a couple rounds in there where my heart was about to beat it's way out of my chest. Those were the days. Hey Bugs, remember S!d_train? That was such a good map for us.

I loved Max Payne 2. My main beefs were that it was too short, and it seemed like you got new guns too fast.

Yeah, I love Max Payne... it's truly a revolutionary game. I loved the comic book story line, it really sucked me in.

Make a file in your cfg directory called rconspam.cfg It should contain: rcon say "Welcome to the server, or whatever you want to say" Then, in your normal config: bind "p" "exec rconspam.cfg"
