A single survivor can potentially protect and carry the entire survivors team to the safe room. A single SI player can deal a good amount of damage, but only once every 20 seconds or so. Alone, he won't accomplish much unless he's good enough to solo takeout the whole survivors team as tank.

I'd throw " customs" in there as well but not casual that = ff off armor and kits provided for you if I were making the tags I'd makem competitive, 128tic , classic , customs, (and get some stats going) so put stats as well If someone can direct me how to add tags, I'll do it. Basically San' and I are the only ones touching the server lately. I barely play the game, and I think San' has been quite busy with other things...

Yeah, no way to do that, but it doesn't have to be only 4 layers deep.

The layers can be changed.. there are custom options for generating super-flat worlds

I don't really agree with some of the reasoning here... making statements like 'don't suicide because I say so!' isn't really helpful. All of our rules should have a logical basis. While we expect that players should listen to the admins, if and when things are brought to the forums (like right now), that's when we can take time to verify that our rules are logical and sensible. The best case so far against what General did is the one offered by MPG. There might not always be new players in the server, but I agree that it's probably best to just not suicide for this reason. That way, there's just less confusion about when it's allowed or not.

Glad to hear that you like the server! So you're not cheating? If that's the case, I don't know why you should feel sorry for your actions. We're reviewing some demo footage, and there should be a verdict in the next few days.

OK, so 1.6 is coming out this week sometime, and there's been some discussion if we should start a new map. There are many options for how we can do this, so please vote, choosing ALL the options that sounds reasonable to you. The goal is to find the most acceptable option, so please don't just pick your favorite option.

I'm fine with having a flatland creative world if people want that, and it'd be much easier to move builds to a flat world than into a new survival world. Later today I'll make a big thread with a few poll questions so we can decide the best way to proceed.

You don't reload faster with adrenaline? That's news to me. There is a plugin for that, though, no surprise.

I'm testing out the Multiverse plugin, as suggested to me by several people. So if you want to try going to Creative Land, there is a portal on the upper level of the wooden structure at spawn. Just jump right in! Claims, /home command, etc, should all work the same as before. Here's the first creative build on our new Creative Land world--only took a few minutes but it's a shrine to the Floating Cactus: Location in Creative Land: x: -235 z: 8

If we use a whitelist, I'd probably remove the GriefPrevention plugin (land claims), because they create annoyances with minecarts, liquids, pistons, etc. Mojang has announced 1.6 is going to be released sometime this week or next week. We don't have to start a new world, but horses will be difficult to find in existing biomes. I think 1.7 (or whatever comes after 1.6) will be a better time to start fresh with a clean slate because it's speculated there will be large changes to world generation, primarily new biomes.
