These custom maps most likely take hunderds of hours time to make, and are really quite fun. The nice thing with these is that when the game is over, you can just wipe the world data and start all over again with the untouched map. Can't really do that with the persistent world we have.

The workshop has made it very easy for players to download maps, but I'm not so sure it's simple for servers to integrate with the workshop *Looks at JackieChan*

Anyone ever want to play some Minecraft PvP on a Thursday or Friday night, let me know. If we can get enough to play 3v3 or 4v4 I think it'd be very fun to try out one of these maps! Anyone should realize that you score more points by playing as a team.. Also, !votekick doesn't leave a record of the event on the Sourcebans page. Better to have a real ban on record, even if it's a temp ban, so it's a good thing Dude handled it. Unrelated, but I was just looking at the Sourcebans page and saw that MPG banned twelve players this afternoon (10 for 30 minutes, 2 for 1 day) over a span of 7 minutes. That must be a record or something.

I've only heard of this kind of thing, never played around with one. It's definitely not for gaming, by design, but It sounds neat to me.

First off, the ban is for 15 minutes only, so I think it's meant more as a slap on the wrist than anything else. It'll probably expire before I've even posted this reply. Not really much point threatening to ban, this usually only causes more complaining from the server. If one player or an entire team of players is breaking some rule warranting a ban (especially members), just do it. I don't know if chick plays with !enemyvoice turned on or off, but in general you shouldn't assume that just because something was said into the mic that this means an admin heard it. Rushing is always a tricky subject to deal with... Anyways, I see two players banned for 15 minutes apiece.
