You were banned because you had incaps in the back by the dock where the car is hanging off and you were all the way around by the other side of the garage with the boat on sacrifice first map. I warned you to go to back and help your team and you stayed there. This is your second ban for rushing. The ban time gets longer per ban. If you find yourself rushing in the front a lot hang in the middle or back. The rules for the server can be found under the L4D forum.
