I'm just gonna pile on this discussion:

If ever in the Lansing, MI area, get yerself a Jersey Giant sub.  Man... o'man.... o'man.

Make you forget what religion you are.

And take it from a vet... skip the mayo and get the oil/vinegar/spices as your condiment.  <insert homer simpson drool noise here>

SS

Are you willing to ship?

Ask LCD... He lives in the area... maybe he can hook us both up... :)

tsatziki...tzastzsiki...ahh, someone google it

I lived with a Greek girl (from Cyprus) and she made great sauce:

Tzatziki recipe

1 container Greek yogurt or plain if not available

1-4 cloves garlic (not the entire head!) depends on your taste but 1 or 2 should be fine

couple of teaspoons EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

1 cucumber EDIT: YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED LESS THAN HALF

fresh mint (not from a jar, get it from the produce section so that it has the oils still in the fresh leaves)

optional: squeeze of a fresh lemon

Crush the garlic with the flat part of the side of the knife then dice it up fine

Dice cucumer into really fine chunks like the size of BBs

Dice up a few sprigs of mint, not too much just a tablespoon or so

Mix everything up in a bowl (preferably glass so you can't taste the metal)

Add squeeze of lemon (not much, and not required but the acid is good with the yogurt)

Cover it up and leave it in the fridge over night. It is gross if you don't let it sit for at least several hours. Well, not gross, but let it sit.
