J. Dunlavy January 25, 2006 Share J. Dunlavy Member January 25, 2006 I have a concern. I am worried that, by going to the gym and lifting weights, I am inviting health problems into my life. Lifting weights can cause injuries and wear joints out, but first and foremost my concern is SRM (skin rippage by muscle). Do you think it's possible to gain so much muscle that by merely flexing, your flesh would surpass tensile strength and tear away from your body, leaving nothing but a grotesque figure of a skeleton and hanging muscle fiber? Please tell me that I'm not the only one who worries of this.

Bubblegum Bandit January 25, 2006 Share Bubblegum Bandit Member January 25, 2006 skin rippage.. wow, thats some serious juice <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I would tend to agree with this, if it is in fact possible (which I'm not entirely sure it is), you'd have to be on some serious juice to get it done.
