Vitamins and nutrients loose their effectiveness extremely quickly out of their raw elements. It's the same idea with vegetables...when you cook broccoli or carrots or asparagus you are basically cooking off all the goodness...ok so it's not really the same at all...but yeah...good idea...just don't put any of those effervescent tablets in...errrm...other places...Fairweather :erm:
