Also, I'm having a hard time keeping my dog from digging under the back fence. Can I have a law imposed? I think the Romanian chick needs to try being a mom and stop asking for federal regulation. I'm 5'10" & 215#. A lot of that's in my big, tender, compassionate heart though . I may way slightly more after feedings or at lower altitudes.
