The one(s) that have/has significantly less votes than the majority will not appear in the random rotation, but can still be selected. Can you set something up where it will only put those in the random rotation when there are 10 or more members playing, something like that? I think that was axed because you can't download during the loading process and people won't install them. So not unless Valve adds them like they did Cold Stream I guess. If is is so difficult for infected why dont the survivors make it every time.
