Baba Nyonyas looks more towards the chinese side. Basically, way before Malaysia got its independence, we were conquered by many countries. The capital city then, Melaka was taken over many many times. So, there we have intermarriages. Baba Nyonya is a mixture of almost all races in the world. Rather, the dominating races then.
