Now I had a score of like 54-15 or something along those lines. I asked if anyone wanted to switch with me to the terrorist team and one person said yes so I switched. Next thing you know. I'm kicked. I try and retry to get back in the game but the instant I connect I'm kicked again. I dunno what it was for nor know if I'm banned or not but I would just like some explanation as to why I was kicked. I dunno maybe there is none and its just cause I had a good score but who knows. I don't know what responsability I should take here according to your rules so I won't take any of it. A valid reason why I was kicked and/or Banned? will sufice. Thx. I asked him to turn off the digital steroids/hacks, but the torture never stopped. You even went as far as to accuse someone else. It reminded me of Jedimon who went like 78-17 on sunday i think.... If I kept letting it go, it would have gotten to this point. Anyway, our side actually started winning after this guy was gone it was like 8-1. He wasn't mowing down 4 and 5 at a time within 5-7 seconds round after round. I believe I know when someone has skill, but either your just that good or you're cheating. I asked the other admin about you, and he said that he has never played with you before. In addition to the other admin, I seen other comments regarding your play so someone had to make a group decision. People were thanking me. See what i mean. Anyway, if i was wrong i'm sorry don't take it the wrong way. Just think if you were banned? If you think this is abuse try playing on some other servers with the cussing, admin abuse, and unfair play. You will find that this server and i do care about you and your cs abilities, hug, so get up wipe the dust off, put some shout on the grass stains get back in the game without using the enhancers! Because you would probably be amazed at the skill that many legit players that have been playing for 5-6 years have garnered. Try specing a match with some good teams sometimes, you can learn alot. Thats what I do, and I am still amazed sometimes. The examples of "hacker" scores you cited in reference to fy_iceworld shouldn't be too amazing at all, especially on that map. Once a good player "gets in the groove" a high ratio on Ice is not too uncommon. Heck I have gone 54-5 on Aztec and I am not even all that good, I just have my moments. I am just suggesting that you be more careful handing out bans. I have been admin before and the only h4x bans I handed out were blatent aimbots or speedh4x. A high ratio should never be a reason to ban someone. If that becomes a regular practice you could run the risk of driving out the more skilled newcomers to the community and only leaving the noobs. I don't want to sound like I am coming down on you. I just think that admin powers are a little overused sometimes, and I can understand, when I reached a certain point in CS where I felt "profecient" I realized from watching a certain few that I had ALOT more to learn! General advise, for what it's worth: If an admin saves his power for circumstances that really call for it, then that power means alot more. Also, don't forget, your admin privaleges include all kinds of punishments, if someone is bending rules or gives you lip...try a slap or two, or a b-slap or burying or slaying. That is always enough to whip a well intentioned player into shape, if its not, then kik or whatever. Also, a warning is nice, because even though you have rules, the nature of our game is dynamic and the rules do have SOME grey area, I mean you don't want a server full of players who feel like are lined up for inspection at boot camp, do you? It's too easy just to line up your gun on certain points and just strafe, getting HS after HS with quick bursts. Or, with a steady hand, just not moving up and down with the mouse. I never kicked anyone other than afk....it was my 1st kick....giminee...thx for the tip mr. x....thx for the longtalk gooters...i still feel he had an aimbot or speed hax...he was getting things off too quick...c'mon guys i play a lot since i've found this server...i watch a lot of the other admins, players, etc....i know when someone not doing the right thing...gooters give me an experienced server with 5 or more year veterans... i thought we have a lot of people that have been playing that long on this server...... But really there are plenty of guys who have been playing 2 or 3 years with as much skill as anyone. And yes, Trop has a very high skill level generally speaking IMO. But there are alot of players that are super skilled. I dont pretend to be one of them, I dont even really care to be all that good, I just play for fun. But my point remains, especially on Ice, but really any map, you can get kills thru walls and multiple hs etc. if you are attentive and lucky somewhat. I am in CAL and no I will not reveal what team I am on. I don't play on your server very often nor will I prolly will in the future. A kick was not warrented. I even tried to get back in the game to ask why I was kicked but you proceeded to kick me before I had a chance. I don't see any honor there. After looking around these forums I can tell a lot of nice stuff doesn't go on around here. But again, Your server/forums. I can send you plenty of SS's of me going 215-40 or other really high ratios in "YOUR" server. Iceworld is all about speed. Its the only custom I enjoy. I have no hax whatsoever but if you assume I did well then thats your decision. I've played on many servers and sometimes the servers where the admins don't think they have admin are run a lot smoother than someone who knows he has admin and will try and use it whenever chance he takes. Also just one more thing Boon. I was playing yesterday in your server and I found out from someone you accused me of cheating yesterday as well. I believe my name was "qt". Plz think before you kick/ban anyone. Want to watch a high calibur demo? Go watch any cpl demo or just recently the gtu vs. rdw match on Nuke. You would prolly ban anyone of those people in a sec. No harm done. I'll only play on the server when I see someone I enjoy playing with on. Just learn a thing or 2 about the game. I'll be the first to admit I spam walls and will get a lot of bs through walls cause iceworld has some of the weakest walls in the game. You can awp through both big iceblocks and get a headshot. And if you want an apology Im sure it could be arranged. But Im curious how you would know you awped through both big blocks and not just one. I could see how you could tell in a one on one situation but why would you be spamming then anyway? Sorry but that comment just piqued my interest. Anyway, Boon is a decent fellow! He is not a bad admin, just kinda new at it. Even our veteran admins makes bad judgement calls. So I spose we can only ask for a little slack. Here is what I do about a cheater, Boon. Once I suspect I start recording a demo. Once I have some good footage I stop it. Then I post it up or send it to X or someone that can use a wallhack to have them watch it to see what they think. I've done it once. And by spamming i means through the bricks on either end. You seem to have been playing cs since beta 1 ish maybe? You should know hackers from skill. I'm trying to keep it cool and your right he didn't come at me with any attitude and I don't believe I showed any back to him. I just was given no form to defend myself so there could be no way for me to speak directly too him to try and work things out. I guess your right. I'm looking for an apology on his and/or your clans behalf. I was kicked unjustly and if I was banned you would definately see a more heated debate from myself but I'm trying to keep my lvl of cool. A few months later I got hooked. So I am living testimonial that experience does NOT equal skill! In fact, I was better back at 1.0 and 1.1 than I am now. But in those days I was consumed by the game. Joined my first clan and ate and slep CS. I could feel my reaction to an intruder if one would so happen to come into my house at night. Grab gun, ram one into the chamber, crouch, aim at the head, shoot. It was so much a part of me at that time. IT would have been automatic. Now I still play an average amount but am not consumed as I once was. Kinda frustrates me when I play mediocre . Anyway, its easy to let yourself think that awesome players cheat. Makes you feel better about yourself. But I, like Boon, have been burned by that mistake. So I guess admin's need experience too. And you have to remember... CS is a wierd game. Sometimes I get on and cant miss. Really. Headshots all over the place and killing with impunity. Its just one of those things. Don't take this the wrong way but you're not getting an apology from myself and i hope the clan doesn't apologize on my actions either. If you are a player of great capabilities and etiquette you would have no problem revealing your team, using your real tag, etc., or playing on the server more. If everyone who said they played in the CAL was true and using other aliases then why have the incognito approach. It was interesting you didn't see the big banner that read "Seifer turn off the digital steroids/hacks." Your only response was what about so so really hacks, he's not real something to that effect and then someone else said what about you seif. I will admit that a couple people got upset about the kick but it only last about ~ 2 secs. But they still played and had a great time just as we always do. So i don't know....why don't you come to the server a little more then we can see your skills? Maybe you're a man of great abilities and skills, I sure would like everyone else to see it too. Actions speak louder than words....what have you said lately? As for my admin abilities, I'll be the first to say they suck, i get killed half the time when i'm trying to type into the console to discipline someone not to mention i amx_chat on the regular say prompt! Your right I didn't see the banner cause if you say something right before the round restarts it disappears. So apprently thats what you did and I didn't have the chance to read it. I've seen it many times. I don't have to "prove" myself to anyone or you. That response has gotten me a little heated and Mr. Gooters is right. You have now lost another player which I'm sure none of you mind since you have a pretty following. Goot, if I ever you see you on fall3n or DOH I'll be glad to join you. Fun person to be around and I see the same thing has happened to you. You gave me no chance to defend myself. I "tried" re-entering the game but you kicked right again. Its a simple pull down console, hit the up key, enter, and I'm kicked again. People go alias to avoid all the bs questions they have to put up with or all the stupid remarks people say. In that case people don't play under their real names to actually enjoy the game for what its worth. I wish I could take you up on that offer Mr. Congregation but it seems that Boon has done the right thing and sees no reason to apologize and feels none of you should either. You will see no more of me around in your server. Sad to see the stuff that goes on around here when a decent player doesn't have any rights. And for the record, I never accused anyone of hacking.
