dwEEziL December 12, 2003 Share dwEEziL Member December 12, 2003 Nicely done Mini. Who has been doing the design decisions, you or the missus? Either way, you might show off some of it to your friends and neighbors to get a little side-work. Looks good!
Mini_Me December 12, 2003 Author Share Mini_Me GC Founder December 12, 2003 i do more of the decision making then I think she likes...but in the end I think it turns out well. she wanted wallpaper in there, but i am not a fan of it. just think no matter how good you install it, you will always see them lines! for dining room i wanted simple color with the furniture being what draws your attention, not whats on the walls. the drapes we are getting will accent the color of the chair backings, so that should tie it together nicely. man i am getting old... Kurtz December 12, 2003 Share Kurtz Member December 12, 2003 (edited) As a kid my family bought a hud house which is for the most part a handyman special as they call it.we redid everything gutted it rewired it did a heck of alot of pluming i mean we did the whole thing.now i have my own house and i cant stand it.I dont know why but i hate the upkeep, repairs in fact im payin the heating guy right now to get my heater going again.I hate doing the yard work and to top everything off i got stuck with the neighbors from h*ll.I just find it weird that with me growing up with this kind of thing how i can dislike it so much now.
