  1. Yeah, most people recommend restarting Steam because of decryption of the files; that was a huge problem they listed yesterday in the forums. If that doesn't work, verify integrity, etc.
  2. Kittens of the Corn. Coming soon to a theater near you.
  3. The battle was so epic, it demandedto be posted about twice.
  4. Lol, Shropshire you should watch Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder (based on your avatar, you may have seen it already). There's a scene where the Professor talks about buying a 300 inch television. It's awesome.
  5. Yup, and my guess is that it costs 14.99 a month. Yeah, I checked their website. It's $14.99 a month, but you can get one or two dollar discounts if you buy more than one month at a time, like 3 months, 6 months, etc. or something like that.
  6. I'll be celebrating Day of the Ninja. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninja_Burger#Day_of_the_Ninja Oh yeah, I went there.
  7. Thank God I've never visited it then, lol. I read a news article about it a while ago though, so I have heard of it. When I used the term "piledriver," Peeku claimed I made it up or got it from 4chan as an internet meme. As for that spot in Dead Air 1, it's still there. There's 2 now actually, although one is harder to pull off than the other; one can actually be done without a need for a hunter for an instant kill.
  8. Last night in Versus, I suggested a "piledriver" in Blood Harvest 4. Since you guys didn't know what that was, here is a link that explains it. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=937550 This is what I wanted to do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Do1i1I2XXFo So there. I didn't make it up or get it from 4chan.
  9. Sorry to hear about your dad, exile. Hope things turn out okay.
  10. Happy Birthday. Wouldn't worry about that python. It'll probably get shanked by a gang of bunnies in pet prison.
  11. There's a lot of new videos on youtube of this game from PAX. Here's the links for two: I have seen other videos that capture the same footage above and more from the same panel, but the ones I've posted have better sound and image quality. If you want to see the longer version (with lower audio and visual quality), you can check out this guy's profile: http://www.youtube.com/user/FragMonger360 I'm hoping this game doesn't suck. It looks cool, but I've been disappointed before.
  12. Even after huffing all that paint, he still doesn't look happy. (Bad joke, I know)
  13. Sorry to hear about your personal troubles, Preacher.
  14. http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/characters/monk.xml Bwahaha! Guess who I'm playing when Diablo 3 comes out.
  15. +1 I'm going to see District 9 tonight, and have only seen the teaser trailer (w/o the blurred alien face) and a few of the viral marketing things. From a spoiler-free review I read, this is the best way to go into a first viewing of this movie. Yeah, after watching some commercials from District 9, you can already tell some of the story elements are taken from current international politics. Heard a lot of good things about District 9 though; hope you enjoy it. EDIT: Forgot to comment on that Iron Man 2 teaser: I liked that ending.
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfwHOdG8p34 Found this video on youtube that has gameplay footage (from Brick's perspective). It's got no sound, but you can see the type of stuff involved. (The electric gun that makes people's skulls pop off is freaky.)
  17. I use a cross between the 2 grip types like bushwack. My palm rests on the mouse, but my fingers aren't flush against it. My fingers are raised like the claw, but they are not that high off of the mouse like in that picture dweezil posted. I use a Logitech MX518 like some of the other guys here.
  18. I've used Comodo Firewall on my old computer before. It's an advanced firewall that you have to take the time and set rules for and modify to your liking. I'm still getting used to it because it can be rather intrusive. For example, I usually have to switch modes constantly when I am installing a new program or something. If I don't, I get several warning popups about whether or not to block the program being executed. It's a very secure firewall from what I've read and experienced, but it's almost too secure if that makes sense. I dunno if anyone here has experience in making it easier to use; you might want to talk to them first.
