That's a really good point and idea PB&J....since !jointeam is now a random placement if teams are even, why not make it so that it puts that person on a team with less members? And if teams are even make it random. I know the !infected and !survivors was removed because it no longer works...and I think you did that to try and eliminate stacking.

At times I've been guilty of this I'll admit. I'm very competitive and will sometimes try and "lead" by saying what we should plan for, but sometimes that doesn't work out too well and I get frustrated and leave. But I don't call anyone names or disrespect people, I just say "see you guys later" and log off instead. So I apologize if anyone has heard my rants. On a side note I know we have this new ability to report people, but when it comes to people talking on the mic, I only see 3 people the whole game in the UI, and there's 6 other players who can use a mic and I have no idea who it is. Is there a way we can fix this to show who's talking on the mic?

I'm guessing this in a specific account of something that happened tonight, but in most instances I claim a team needs to be scrambled is when the other team has either a huge point lead, and/or they have much more members on their side vs. the other team which has much less members (therefore their knowledge of the !buy system lacks). Rarely am I on a team that is winning by a ton of points and we don't scramble unless no admins are online. IN that instance I usually PM an admin on Steam for the request. So when you say "you", who are you referring to?

Ya as you see the minecraft server is nearly empty all the time now. And the only people who ever connected a majority of the time were people already associated with GC or through word-of-mouth. The reason L4D2 and L4D are so popular is that it was made popular by sites like Gametracker and the Steam server list that pops up when L4D starts. I don't foresee any other steam game getting implemented with a private GC server unless the game requires servers to even play on...and thus promoting the more popular ones. IF there was one game that I remember I started playing on private (modded) servers that weren't all hosted by the company itself, it was Unreal Tournament 2004. Torlan is my home away from home.

Why does everyone have to accuse Hunger Games of stealing the Battle Royal storyline? The basic premise of the book has existed in all sorts of movies and books...Battle Royal was not the first and Hunger Games is not a remake.

Or just use the same variable when it comes to spawning in...if you can't spawn in you can't buy a witch (assuming the witch spawns where you're standing). But if you are standing somewhere and you can spawn, then you can buy a witch where you're standing.

I'll tell you one thing, they are very comfortable and the ear pieces are huge! My ears are big, and wearing these things I didn't even feel them on my ears. I use the Logitech G930s...had them for a couple years now. Back then they were $200, but the price has been reduced since then to $105 on Newegg. These also fit over my ears quite well with no pain whatsoever. Back in the day my old over the ear headset use to hurt my ears after using them for about 3 hours.

Clearly some people on this server have an issue with the fashion you're using hunters in and is being debated maturely (minus the putdowns I'm getting from certain people). I see no reason why this topic should be closed till we get an answer from someone like Fatty since even some board members are in disagreement.

So I understand that in no way is this cheating, but I still believe its an exploit. Frankly, I don't feel like playing on the server if we are starting to promote this type of play-style on the server. Remember that little thread posted a while back about stuff in L4D2 that are all "exploits" (http://gamrs.co/forums/index.php?/topic/42918-server-exploits/)...like the wall climbing for survivors, or Smoker/hunter combos that result in insta-kill if performed right? IMO a hunter wall-pouncing from invisible boundaries of the map from 1000 feet in the air is just as exploitative as a survivor finding his way to the top of a staircase on the side of a building because they found small ledges to jump from. I personally have not tried using any of those survivor exploits, but some of them are bannable if you try them, and some of them are very easy to perform, like the one where you can get on top of the train in No Mercy 2nd map. Then again some of them are very difficult to perform, but also bannable. Yet we will allow Hunters to pounce us from 1000 feet away? I know Jackie tends to concentrate more on survivor exploits than infected ones, but I think this should go on the list of infected exploits that go above and beyond the normal scope of play on this server. As of right now, I am refusing to play while MurderinClony is on the server as I see it as an unfair advantage for his team.

Neutral Feedback: I noticed if you use an M60, the !ammo cost is like 8 or 9 points. Was that intended? If that's the case and it was intended, then I would recommend that the ammo pile disappear the moment someone with a grenade launcher or an M60 uses it. And if the ammo has already been used by others with smaller weapons, then the users of the M60 or grenade launcher cannot use the ammo pile. Edit: Also for finales, would there still be an ammo pile or no? I would recommend that we at least keep that ammo pile for the finales.

All I have to say is Stat corrections better give me a chance to beat "Twice lucky". I'm tired of all these ultra close games! How did everyone else do so far?

So is bouncing off the ceiling of the level considered an exploit? I mean it's great skill that you are able to do that, but to me it just looks like an exploit.

So I was checking console out while in spectator mode, and I saw this constantly fill the log screen. What is it or what's causing it?
