boiler April 13, 2007 Share boiler Member April 13, 2007 I think there are some shenanigans going on with the polling.... There's no way there could be +/- 6% swing in that short of time.

Then I open IE, vote, then the total says "43471". Does the total count fluxuate whenever you refresh the vote page? Brew April 28, 2007 Author Share Brew Member April 28, 2007 here's the forward: Hello everyone, > I've heard wonderful stories from so many of you about your friends and > families voting for Northern Voices in the Timberwolves FastBreak > Foundation Fan Appreciation contest. > It is because of you that we have received this grant. Thank you for the > organization and outreach work you did to inspire and motivate so many > people to support Northern Voices. > I hope you will forward this message to people who voted - and that they > will in turn do the same...and so on. > With over 60,000 votes cast online and in-arena, the Timberwolves > FastBreak Foundation's Fan Appreciation grant process proved to be more > successful than ever-drawing in votes from across the country and > internationally. > As many of you are aware, the voting was down to the wire with less than a > mere 350 votes separating Northern Voices and Camp Heartland. The final > decision by the Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation and NRG Energy > was to award BOTH organizations with a $10,000 grant! The Oberkotter > Foundation generously matched this-creating $20,000 for Northern Voices. > Thank you for your participation and your vote. You not only helped > secure funding for the school, but also increased awareness of oral deaf > education programs. Please visit our website for a very special thank you > from some of our students at http://www.northernvoices.org. Additional > photographs from the Timberwolves award presentation and other activities > can be viewed at http://picasaweb.google.com/northernvoices > If you wish to receive additional information about our programs and > volunteer opportunities, make a donation, or be added to our mailing list, > please contact the school at development@northernvoices.org. > Thank you,
