Ok the chips are good for 500mhz.. So the mem is 1000mhz with the Double data rate..

 

The 700mhz is for the GC-14, this is GC-20.. Didnt notice the nice graph at the bottom of samsungs page..

 

And there is no flashing this card to open up the other 4 pipelines, cause the other 4 are laser cut so they will Never be unlocked.. BUT its an awsome card that doubled my 3dmark05 score.. Now for a new cpu/mobo..

Batman are you looking for new mobo & CPU? I might be able to help.

I think I burnt the AGP slot on my foxconn mobo. I got an RMA to send

it back to California. I'm sending it back but did not want to wait so I purchased another. (different brand) I had no troubles with it otherwise

& it's about as fast as you can get without upgrading to 939 slot. Here are the specs.

If you are talking about the refurbs, if you look close they are PCI-E (EXPRESS).

they are not regular PCI slots.
